Gary William Hoover, Sr., 66, of Roscoe, PA, died Monday, April 15, 2024.

He was born November 5, 1957, in Brownsville, PA, a son of Kerry and Vivian (Lunt)Hoover.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Gary W. Hoover, Jr.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 37 years, Shirley Marie Gedman Hoover; three children, Connie Watson (Chris Nolan)of Republic, Kerri Vankavelaar and husband Michael of Roscoe, and Bobbi Hoover, of Louisville, KY; brother, Michael Hoover, and sister-in-law Lori. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Mykel Nolan, Kiera Nolan, William Healy, Angel Hoover, Noah Vankavelaar, Emma Vankavelaar.

Funeral Services, at Gary's request, are private and have been entrusted to the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA .
