Obituary
Harry Emerson Jones, 72, of Stockdale, PA, died Sunday, July 16, 2023.
He was born Tuesday, January 2, 1951, in Brownsville, PA, a son of the late John Bruce “Buck” Jones and the late Ruth Ellen (Tunney) Jones.
Harry was a retired truck driver. He was a member of Roscoe American Legion, the Allenport Gun Club and the California Young Men's Club.
In addition to his parents Harry was preceded in death by his sister. Doreen Price; brother, Brian Jones and great granddaughter, Rosalie Marie Galasso.
Left to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Amy Cover and husband Dan of W.Brownsville, PA, and Stacy Jones (Matt Lacotta) of Stockdale, PA. Also surviving is his granddaughter, Courtney Lexie (Nathan Galasso).
Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA on Thursday, July 27, from 6-7:30 pm for a memorial visitation. Memorial funeral service will begin at 7:30 pm with Rev. Heather Wakefield officiating.
