Obituary
Lucille G. Hillberry, 96, of California, PA, died Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
She was born Saturday, February 26, 1927, in West Pike Run, Twp., the daughter of the late Bert T. Gatten and Lucy (Liming) Gatten.
In addition to her parents Lucille was preceded in death by, two husbands, Glenn Hormel (1980) and John Regester (1987); four brothers, John, Norman, James and Chester Gatten and her son, Brian Hormell (2019).
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Glenda Caprini and husband Peter of Addison, PA; and her daughter-in-law Carla Hormell of Midland City, AL; Also surviving are eight grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA, on Saturday, August 26 for a memorial service at 11:00 am.
Interment will be in Westland Cemetery.
