Obituary
Patrick Paul Seizak, 79, of California, PA, died unexpectedly on Tuesday April 19, 2022
He was born Thursday, April 1, 1943, in Brownsville, PA, a son of the late Wesley and Mary “Mae” (Bakos) Seizak.
He retired from the California Borough where he was an operator for the Street Department.
Pat thoroughly enjoyed his retirement, carving wood, handcrafting osage orange recurve bows, and collecting military memorabilia were just of few of his many interests.
He proudly served our country in the Army
Pat was a member of the former California American Legion and then the Roscoe American Legion.
In addition to his parents Pat was preceded in death by his wife, Mona (1994); brother, Thomas Seizak; sister, Mary Frances Sacosky.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren. He also leaves behind numerous friends.
Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and until 11:00 on Saturday, April 23, 2022, when funeral services will be held in the funeral home with Fr. James Bump officiating.
Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery where full military honors will be accorded.
