Thomas J. Gedda, Sr., 99, of California, PA, died Wednesday, August 26, 2020.

He was born Thursday, October 7, 1920, in Granville, PA, a son of the late Joseph and Anna (Campagna) Gedda.

Mr. Gedda proudly served our country during WWII in the Army Air Corps.

In addition to his parents Thomas was preceded in death by his wife Gwendolyn (2014) and two brothers, Joseph and Frank Gedda.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Bonnie Filoni of California, PA and son, Thomas J Gedda, Jr and wife Diane. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Wendy Filoni, Aldo Filoni and wife Heather, Ashley Gedda, Peyton Gedda, Liam Gedda and great granddaughter, Kayleigh Good.

Funeral services were private and were entrusted to the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA. Rev. Charles Hill officiated the services.

Interment was in Howe Cemetery.
